How We Did It
Personas and Ideal Customer Profiles
Raising Superstars is sold globally and has very different target markets. This is both a problem and a massive opportunity. We had to define the ideal customer profiles for each market and develop unique marketing campaigns around them. Creative, targeting, funnels, copy, and messaging had to be adjusted for different markets and needs.
Once this was done successfully, we dropped the cost per lead by over 60% overall.
Meta advertising has been used to acquire leads and customers; however, the organization was looking to scale lead volumes while reducing cost-per-lead.
We designed new landing pages and funnels to reduce cost per lead while scaling budgets. New landing pages were specifically designed for different personas and target markets. New funnels were created to appeal to a broader audience, allow us to do more pre-selling of the program, and increase conversion rates overall.
Creative & Advertising Testing
We tested multiple variables from creatives, audiences, niches, and placements and broke down the countries we were targeting. We had very strict targets and goals to hit which forced us to do extensive and rapid testing to find winning combinations we could scale.
