CRO Designer
Full-Time Remote Position
Overview
Fetch & Funnel is a high caliber performance marketing agency. We’re a small, but quickly growing team that specializes in helping modern brands scale through digital advertising and conversion rate optimization.
We’re hiring a talented graphic designer that has a strong background in conversion rate optimization, as well as website and landing page design. In this role, you will be the dedicated designer for various clients across multiple industries. You will work closely with our account management team to design landing pages that convert web traffic into customers.
You’ll need to have your finger on the pulse of pop-culture, eCommerce, modern digital design styles, and emerging trends.

Qualifications:
- You have previous client-facing digital design experience – Minimum 2+ years.
- Direct experience with Web Design, CRO, UI/UX, etc.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and best practices.
- Solid understanding of User Experience & Design Fundamentals.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Adobe Creative Cloud apps- Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.
- Familiarity with UI/UX tech – Sketch, Figma, Invision, etc.
- Clear knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, wireframing.
