Graphic Designer – Remote


This is a unique opportunity to significantly improve your portfolio by working with dozens of businesses in many different industries. We are looking for a graphic design expert with extensive experience in designing for the web, paid advertising media, branding, and illustration.

THE POSITION

 

We’re looking for someone:

  • On a part-time basis initially, with the potential of full-time work
  • To design paid advertising placements on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
  • Graphic design for the web, unique branding, and illustration for a wide variety of clients in addition to our own brand
  • Experience in custom websites and landing page design for our company as well as our clients
  • Can provide examples of modern creative for the web
  • Dribbble and/or Behance portfolio is a plus

Must Haves:

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience: Graphic Design, Illustration, Logo Design, Photo Editing, Web Design, and Banner Ad Design
  • Detailed knowledge of landing page design and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices
  • Ability to design advertising placements as well as individual creative artwork for the web
  • Excellent understanding of Facebook advertising, to include the different types of advertising placements
  • Be able to start work immediately
  • Have a strong design portfolio with examples of your work.  In your job application, please provide samples and graphic representations of completed projects
  • Include experience with other advanced design tools, if applicable

THE LOCATION

 

We work remotely using Slack, Freedcamp, and other communication tools. We meet weekly in Boston to review projects, brainstorm ideas, and do training. However, we believe in hiring talented people and you can be located anywhere.
